In the etymology of modern Latin coming from ancient Greek, many pathologies and affections end with “ities” suffix. All these sufferings result and begin by ignorance. The ignorance of a “me” believing itself apart from the other, from the rest.
A fiction begins, it transforms itself in duality, dualism takes its place and sets up comfortably inside our psyche. One starts then creating an illusion game. Going from internal to external and so… the battle comes. But, whom is this battle against? Are not ourselves the opponents? Isn’t the world that I see my own face? Isn’t the opponent absent? Whom or against what this battle is addressed? If we do not reach to understand that everything occurs in one and only wit, we risk being blamed and our false wall of kind of separation will be ridiculously burdened by marks coming from those “objects” which are projected by our ignorance against ourselves. Not only this wall will become solid, but spots will be progressively shading our vision which could help us to get rid of it. “Dualities” is a disease behind all infections of the mind, all of them being other “ities”. A great relief for wit should be understanding that there is no fight, as there is no opponent…
This series is a suggestion to introspection on one’s individual and particular relation to the duality appearing in one’s mind when beginning to take a fighter’s pathway against his or her own world… against his or herself.
